What the business needed

A podcast operation was running on scattered tools and memory. Which episode was mastered, which was scheduled, which guest asset was missing: the answers lived in someone's head, and production stalled every time that person was busy.

What was built

• ▪A dashboard that tracks every episode from raw recording through mastering, review, and publish.
• ▪Per-show workspaces, so one operation can run multiple shows without the pipelines bleeding into each other.
• ▪Audio mastering and publishing steps built into the same flow the team already checks.
• ▪The whole system packaged as a template, so standing up a new show is configuration, not a rebuild.

What changed

Production status stopped being tribal knowledge. Anyone on the team can open one screen and see exactly where every episode stands and what it needs next. Built first for a real show in production, then hardened into a product.
